ANTYTILA: Coming Soon: “Culture vs War” – An Intimate Evening of Music, Short Film, and Conversation
Join us for a special series of events featuring the Ukrainian Rock Band ANTYTILA in various U.S. cities as part of their “Culture vs. War” Project. Created to rally support for Ukraine through stories of heroism and the sounds of courage and hope in a brutal war, this unique event will highlight Ukraine’s heroic struggle and support its Defense Forces through culture and music. The “Culture vs War” Project is supported by the Ukrainian community in the U.S., along with partners like Revived Soldiers Ukraine, United Help Ukraine, and others.
Taras Topolia, frontman of the band, shared more about the project:
“When ANTYTILA was withdrawn from the frontline, our mission was clear: to use every means possible to communicate the reality of the war, gather resources for the Defense Forces, and draw global attention to the Ukrainian struggle. With the support of thousands worldwide, we have raised over $2,000,000 to aid the Armed Forces. We’re excited to share our stories and music and hear your opinions, questions, and hopes. Collectively, we represent humanity, freedom and democracy.”
Event Highlights:
Film Screening and Live Performance: Experience a screening of the short film “Culture vs War,” followed by an exclusive acoustic performance by ANTYTILA. Hear songs like “TDME,” “Seize the Moment,” “You to Believe,” and “Fortress Bakhmut” in a unique acoustic setting.
Open Q&A Session: This is your exclusive chance to engage in an open conversation with ANTYTILA band members. Discuss the Ukrainian people’s resistance, the future of Ukraine, the band’s musical journey, and their experiences under military service. It’s a unique opportunity to get to know the band personally.

Launched in April 2022 by the Association “Watch Ukrainian!”, the ‘Culture vs War’ project is a beacon of hope. It conveys the truth about the war between Russia and Ukraine through the experiences of well-known artists who have joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces or are active in volunteer efforts. The project showcases Ukrainian culture, resilience, and heroism, offering a platform for cultural figures to share their stories and rally international support.
