«M1 Music Awards. 4 Seasons» goes on surprising. The organizers of the massive event – М1 TV channel and «Таврійські Ігри» company – reported about the changes in the lineup of the ceremony of awards for the best singers of Ukrainian show business. The «ANTYTILA» band have joined the gala concert.

The band is going to take part in the ceremony «M1 Music Awards» for the first time. It is already known that «ANTYTILA» are preparing a massiveperformance with deep philosophical meaning.

«We make this step consciously. Understanding that the entertaining format of the ceremony has some borders, but there is always some space for important and deep questions in any format! We had a couple of ideas but finally chose the one definitely going to resonate with everyone. Of course, there are going to be graphics and special effects but they will only fulfill the main idea. I can't disclose all the secrets but I can ensure you that the script has the happy ending!», shared his impressions the leader of «ANTYTILA» Taras Topolia.

«M1 Music Awards. 4 Seasons» is the fourth ceremony of «M1 Music Awards» taking place on December 1, in Kyiv Palace of Sports. The exclusive performances in this massive gala concert are going to be presented by Tina Karol «Vremya i Steklo», MONATIK, NK | Nastia Kamenskykh, Alyosha, ALEKSEEV, THE HARDKISS, Michelle Andrade, Iryna Bilyk, Mozgi, NIKITA LOMAKIN, KADNAY, MARUV, Olia Tsybulska, KAZKA, Oleksandr Ponomariov and «Antytila». A famous singer Tina Karol owning four «М1 Music Awards» statuettes has become a music producer of the ceremony.

PREMIERE! ANTYTILA – LEGO

ANTYTILA have presented the video on the song «LEGO», the main official soundtrack for the new movie by «Квартал 95» studio «Я, ти, він, вона» (‘Me, You, Him, Her”), planned to be released on New Year’s Eve 2019.

After the successful short-length videos «TDME» and «Лови момент» ('Lovy moment' / 'Seize the moment') with strong sense, the ANTYTILA band have presented their fans a dynamic and bright work «LEGO». The band's creative work is closely related to cinematography. Most tracks have become soundtracks to movies or TV series. The new song «LEGO» is one of such tracks.

«I can give plenty of details and tell of how we had been inventing and building decorations for the video, of how we had been threading our way through ship staging to get a friend of ours, a gaffer Rostyslav from another shooting inside a rusty ship to urgently discuss the scheme of locating lighting equipment at our filming set. But all these stories pale in comparison to how passionately Zelenskyi was spinning the wheel just in the frame! In that moment, I realized that he really liked the song much. I'd also like to add from myself that the song "Lego" is not just a soundtrack to the comedy drama «Я, Ти, Він, Вона». This song is about our country going through its likely the most dramatic period of its history. Close your eyes and imagine the people from east and west of it keep singing it to each other. And somewhere inside their hearts, despite all the quarrels each one's eager to build our common broken construction set the way it would bring peace and calmness..» commented the frontman of the band Taras Topolia.

Another fact is that it was the first time when the sixth member of the ANTYTILA band Maksym Syvolap, a composer, a co-author, and a friend of ours, took part in the shooting.

The song «LEGO» is going to be included in ANTYTILA's sixth album «HELLO» up to be presented in February. The song's also going to sound live during the jubilee stadium tour around the towns and cities of Ukraine in 2019 in favor of the new album.

JUNIOR EUROVISION-2018

The winner will be chosen among 10 finalists of the online voting by the leader of the “ANTYTILA” music band Taras Topolia,

A singer and board member of the Public Broadcaster of Ukraine Oleksandra Koltsova, a singer and composer LAUD, a singer and winner of many international vocal contests Sofiia Kutsenko, together with People's artist of Ukraine Mariia Burmaka, being chosen the chief member of the judges staff. The determination of the winner-song and the member presenting Ukraine in the Junior Eurovision final in Minsk will take place resulting in judges' points and the viewers' deliberative vote with the help of online voting.

АНТИТІЛА – ЛОВИ МОМЕНТ / OFFICIAL VIDEO

PREMIERE! ANTYTILA have coped with space in the new video. Seize the moment: Love. Future. Sincerity. Friendship.

After the success of the song and videos (official and lyric ones) «TDME» the ANTYTILA band present the second work from the upcoming album «Hello» - «Лови момент ('Lovy moment' / 'Seize the moment')».
The video «Seize the moment» is based on sincerity and from the beginning till the end is soaked with metaphors - in the manner of ANTYTILA. Human relations became the main message of the video - wholeness and unity – what humans can't survive on the Earth without. 
This time there are no actors or performances. The musicians have presented their families to the wide audience for the first time. The leader Taras Topolia has appeared on the screens with his wife Olena (a famous singer Alyosha) as well as all the other members of the band with their relatives.
«This time we thought it could possibly be something ordinary, shot in the studio during one or two days, but the answer was No. We were talking a lot about how we could come across the idea of the song through the video, so that we wouldn't fail, and during these discussions the idea of trek appeared. It became clear at once that this story would depict the real human relations. Because no one goes trekking with dastards, we go trekking with those we can lean on, especially if it is a hard trek», Taras Topolia said.

The musicians marked this video as technically difficult and the most expensive of all times of ANTYTILA. The shooting was taking place for 10 days. The members of the band have completed the most difficult walking tourist route of Ukraine, moreover, when it was raining a lot. The shooting crew of twenty people have walked up along the river Chornyi Cheremosh - these are the wilds of the Carpathians, the Chyvchynski mountains located near the frontier zone of Romania. It's worth mentioning that because of the weather the crew had to set for the shooting to the remote area twice. 

«For good shots and good sense being always present in our songs and videos, we are ready to work, overcome ourselves, defeat laziness, fear and get to the top. Because there is still not a single top in front of each of us» - Taras Topolia comments.

«Лови момент ('Lovy monent' / 'Seize the moment')» is some kind of a sequel to the video «TDME». These series will end with the next song from the upcoming album «Hello», the presentation of which is planned for the autumn this year. And for the year 2019 ANTYTILA are planning a big stadium tour through the cities of Ukraine in support of the sixth album.

KARABAS LIVE ABOUT SXSW 2018 / ANTYTILA

The Ukrainian music band told Karabas Live about their trip to one of the largest International music festivals in Texas – SXSW.
In February, the Ukrainian music band «ANTYTILA» was invited to take part in the International festival South by Southwest (or SXSW), taking place in the USA,
namely, in Austin, Texas. The Kyiv band performed there on March 14.

Annually hundreds of musicians and music lovers from different countries gather in Austin for 10 days. The labels representatives arrive aiming to discover new musicians for themselves and the audience. SXSW is not only music: film screenings, lectures, innovations and technologies representations are held here.

Karabas Live asked the members of the band «ANTYTILA» to tell about five main things having impressed them in Austin.

KeepAustinWeird
The whole downtown where the SXSW festival is located is filled with unusual, weird characters with no complexes. They're everywhere but soon you get used to them. 

The Afro-American wandering from bar to bar with his jeans slipped down to knees in light-green underparts intentionally fitting the snickers, or a group of teenagers with huge earphones weaved into hair, an old lady freestyling to a harp, or a guy placing rose petals in the shape of vagina directly on the crossroads - it's just a small part of that weird you can come along in Austin, and not only during the festival.

The city is also LGBT-friendly and you feel it everywhere. In general the motto "KeepAustinWeird" is realized totally.

Music

There is no habitual festival format here, where there are main stage and other stages with different genres. All festival program here is spread around local clubs, hotels and rooftops.

And if you came to see a particular performer, you have to find them in the schedule and come to a particular club or venue and the better as early as possible, 'cause sometimes the queues become really enormous. For example, the Pussy Riot played on the opening of music part. But because of a big rush it was very hard to reach their performance.

Between all the music events, there are promoters wandering in search of something fresh and interesting. We performed at the same stage with musicians from Jordan (JadaL), France (Deluxe), Brazil (Filipe Catto). 

Food

Everything here is spinning around BBQ and tacos. As Mexico is close a great deal of cultural and cooking traditions are taken exactly from there. There's even a diversity of Texas cuisine named Tex-Mex (Texas-Mexican). There is plenty of street food on the festival - you can find whatever. We only haven't come across fried cockroaches, though it seems we just didn't manage to search carefully enough.

I-Tech/Crypto

The SXSW festival is not only about music. Taking a flight here we had no idea how much attention is paid here to technology and IT fields! Half of the festival schedule is filled exactly with IT-events. Among them there are also quite new areas related to block chains and crypto currencies.

There is also a trade-show, an exhibition representing brand new technologies in show and entertainment areas. You can find KUKA robots as well as different kinds of VR-gadgets there. By the way, while ANTYTILA were prepairing for performance at Sheraton Backyard, the other band from Ukraine MacPaw were representing their binary code art. Austin is considered the city of IT and technologies. The headquarters of DELL, Facebook and Google offices and a great many of those pushing them forward are located here.

What is more, there are real batmobiles exhibited within the festival. And they are not models. All of them are real operational machines, except the “guns”.

Eclecticism 

In Austin, there can be an old one-storeyed wooden house wall to wall with a skyscraper and host the Sony office for the period of the festival. And nobody bothers, everyone got used that everything is admissible and fits one another in a weird city. And this eclecticism is everywhere. Food, architecture, people. 

During the festival period, the city leaves New York far behind in the number of tourists from different countries. The streets here have a bright colourful kaleidoscope from people of different nationalities with no fear of self-expression and having a different look. The picture of Austin accepts everyone to its cityscape.
