The ANTYTILA band goes on preparing for the gig in Yalta and assures that it will definitely take place. It’s just a matter of time.

‘Bavovna’ in the Crimea, tens of the occupants’ arms depots destroyed, a highly praised Air Defense burning – all these are just the beginning of preparation to the gig in Yalta. But this event requires a bit longer preparation and a bit more ‘bavovna’.

More than 5 thousand of sold tickets for the gig in Yalta on August 23, 2024, have already turned into a donation worth ₴4.5 million.

It’s important that all the sold tickets remain valid. All funds from the further sales will also be transferred for the needs of Defense Intelligence. Thus, every other ticket bought for the gig of the ANTYTILA band in Yalta is also a donation for de-occupation of the Crimea.

ANTYTILA as well as their main partners and co-organizers of the gig – Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine – are consistently working at bringing this day closer.

‘Today, we announce the postponement of the gig in Yalta and leave the date of its carrying out in future open. This gig requires a bit longer preparation and a bit more ‘bavovna’. We’re working at bringing this event closer. ₴4.5 million we have paid to buy something very interesting, battle-aimed, and useful is aimed at future de-occupation of the Crimea; this secret cargo is being handed over to a unit of the Defense Intelligence efficiently and consistently completing combat missions in the Black Sea in Crimea direction,’ explains the leader of the ANTYTILA band Taras Topolia.

ANTYTILA are convinced that in future, we’ll all be able to gather in Ukrainian Yalta liberated from Russian occupants, and decorate the entire South coast of the Crimea with yellow and blue as well as with contemporary Ukrainian music.

Join us for a special series of events featuring the Ukrainian Rock Band ANTYTILA in various U.S. cities as part of their “Culture vs. War” Project. ANTYTILA Have Performed at the Fest Europejski Stadion Kultury in Rzeszów

On June 21, in Rzeszów, ANTYTILA performed on the stage of the festival Europejski Stadion Kultury together with their Polish friends L.U.C та Rebelbabel. The festival has taken place supported by the Ministry of culture and national heritage of Poland.

From the stage, ANTYTILA expressed their gratitude to Polish people for support and for the fact they had welcomed Ukrainian women and children and opened their doors to them when it was vital as well as for providing support now also.

We’ve reminded once more that the war in Ukraine is still going on, that we need support, that the enemy is closer than it could seem to anyone, and only unity can prevail over it.

ANTYTILA Present Their New Work «Поламані» (‘Polamani’)

After a powerful premiere of the song «Ти саме та» (‘Ty same ta’ / ‘You’re just the One’) having already gained millions of views on YouTube and managed to settle comfortably being broadcasted on radio stations of Ukraine, ANTYTILA present the new song and video «Поламані» (‘Polamani’ / ‘Broken’). The lyrics and visuals of the work are as usual full of important messages ANTYTILA find it necessary to convey to all their listeners today, right now!

‘This song is, of course, a self-reflection as well. We’re telling about ourselves through a story of one weird man, the story of all of us, those feeling ‘a bit broken’ among tremendous upheavals even if we don’t realize that staying invincible at the same time. We can’t make it in a different way; even when we incredibly need assistance and support ourselves, we primarily go to save the others, to save their souls, to heal their wounds, to give something away, and fight for someone!’ Taras Topolia.

ANTYTILA involved Viktor Skuratovskyi to directing their video once again. «Поламані» (‘Polamani’) was filmed by the same director who had filmed the video on the song «Фортеця Бахмут» (‘Fortetsia Bakhmut’) for ANTYTILA. For the first time, Volodymyr Shkliarevskyi appeared as an operator, and Kadim Tarasov, a long-time friend of the team was a video engineer. This crew has realized a truly massive idea for which an enormous multi-ton iron construction was installed during five days in an open field by Kyiv. In the course of filming, the members of the band, unfortunately, were injured, and some instruments burned down. However, everyone’s pleased with the final result.

And today, in spite of the traumas got during the filming, ‘Broken’ but undefeated ANTYTILA go on playing and working. Now, the team is on tour as part of the project “Culture VS War” where they have already lived out eight unique charity events in London, Cardiff, Birmingham, and Copenhagen having fundraised ₴2 million 500 thousand for purchasing boats for the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.

Let us remind you that recently, ANTYTILA have come back from an international tour with the album “MLNL” having come to the end in the third gig on record of the band held in the Palace of Sports in Kyiv. As part of the tour, the musicians gave more than 40 gigs in America, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia where together with the “United Help Ukraine” Foundation they have fundraised ₴25.000.000 and purchased 10.000 quality medikits by NATO standards for the units of Defense Intelligence and other Defense Forces of Ukraine. This autumn, our Ukrainian tour will take place, and we offer you to exchange the tickets in the following cities:

We also offer the citizens of Kryvyi Rih to exchange their tickets, the event will be held in ДМІС, as it was planned two years ago.

The procedure of exchange is as simple as possible:

– You need to address to your ticket operator where the former tickets were bought.

The Autumn Tour of the ANTYTILA Band Is to Cover 45 Towns and Cities of Ukraine

From September 25 to November 16, 2024, the ANTYTILA band has planned an all-Ukrainian tour as part of which they will perform in 46 towns and cities of Ukraine! In most of these places the musicians haven’t given concerts for more than 5 years. The basis of the tour program will become the track-list from the gig in Kyiv Palace of Sports having taken place on February 14, 2024. Of course, in every place, there will be specific and unique moments as creative approach and attention to the audience are always common for live gigs of ANTYTILA. Thus, in the tour, the musicians will perform songs from the MLNL album having been heard live just in Kyiv as well as hits beloved by the band’s fans: «2Step», «Фортеця Бахмут» (‘Fortetsia Bakhmut’), «TDME», «Вірила» (‘Viryla’), «Лови момент» (‘Lovy moment’), «LEGO», «Люди як кораблі» (‘Liudy yak korabli’), «Молоком» (‘Molokom’), «Все красиво» (‘Vse krasyvo’), «Будувуду» (‘Buduvudu’), and, of course, the freshest hit songs «Ти саме та» (‘Ty same ta’) and «Поламані» (‘Polamani’). It is very likely that absolutely new songs being in the course of creation and recording at the studio will also be performed.

“We are thoroughly getting ready to this tour and put both our creative and material efforts. We know that each of the towns and cities announced awaits us much, and we will try to adapt the program of our live show in the Palace of Sports to every hall so that the audience received a quality gig and felt the emotions and atmosphere inherent just with ANTYTILA. That’s fellows come to fellows to support each other as well as all of our fellows who are at the frontline. They are the ones thanks to whom we can come to towns and cities with gigs. Unfortunately, while it’s still war, we can’t meet at the stadiums. The charity objective is an important component of each gig. Before the gigs, the ANTYTILA Charity Foundation will hold charity auctions with unique lots the funds from which will go for purchasing boats for assault unit of the Defense Intelligence.

In Great Britain, the First Stage of the «Culture VS War» Project Featuring ANTYTILA Took Place

In London, Cardiff, and Birmingham, the first stage of a massive international project «Culture VS War» took place initiated by the Association “Watch Ukrainian!” in April 2022 to record and convey the truth about the war of Russia against Ukraine via stories of struggle of well-known artists. The project is realized supported by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. A series of events in three cities of Great Britain featuring the ANTYTILA band was prepared together with the community of Ukrainians in Great Britain.

They showed a documentary «Culture VS War» starring ANTYTILA to the citizens of London, Cardiff, and Birmingham where the musicians of the band Serhii Vusyk, Taras Topolia, and Dmytro Zholud are telling their own stories of the first 8 months of full-scale war: of their work at the frontline, of why they went to war as volunteer soldiers, of why and when they were withdrawn from the frontline, and which objectives were set before them afterwards. After the screening, everyone who attended the event had a chance to listen to the band’s songs live performed in acoustic and have a talk to ANTYTILA during a few hours. In the course of such talks, the issues of uniting the communities locally around campaigns and demonstrations to support Ukraine were raised. ANTYTILA also called the British on keeping the war in Ukraine in focus of attention, and resisting Russian propaganda conducting explanations among the acquaintances, relatives, and friends. All for achieving the Victory and a just peace as a result.

As part of the project, charity auctions with unique lots were held as well where they managed to raise ₴2 million 500 thousand for the needs of the Defense Intelligence, namely for purchasing the boats for completing combat missions and evacuation.

The screening of a documentary «Culture VS War» in the building of the Liverpool city council initiated by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool Councilor Richard Kemp is worth being mentioned specifically. After the screening, the organizers of the event invited Taras Topolia to make a speech and answer the questions of the audience live. Among those who came to the screening, there were a representative of the king, the Lord Lieutenant of Merseyside Mark Blundell with his wife Mrs. Suzanne Blundell, an ex-leader of Liverpool City Council Cllr Liam Robinson, the head of Liverpool Branch of the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain Taras Khomych, deputies of the city and Merseyside county, representatives of political establishment and public organizations of Great Britain supporting Ukraine.

During a 10-day-long stay in Great Britain, the ANTYTILA band led intensive information activities communicating with representatives of public organizations, political and business circles, and British media. ANTYTILA gave a range of important interviews including the ones for BBC London, BBC Wales, ITV, Radio WM, and BBC Birmingham where they focused attention on military crimes committed by Russia violating all international conventions, mentioned prisoners-of-war and numerous evidences of using inhuman tortures to them, and called the British on keeping supporting Ukraine at all levels.

‘When we were withdrawn from the frontline, we were set a few objectives. Apart from accumulating resources on the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine using our creative work and recognition, there was one more important task – communication with world media, informing foreigners on Ukrainians’ struggle against occupiers, on Muscovites’ crimes, and on the fact that the war requires resources and weapons. So everywhere it’s possible to do that, we speak of it, draw attention to it, and raise the topic of Ukraine using various formats. Drop by drop, it gives its results. And considering the number of foreigners attending our events and how much funds we manage to raise, it inspires us to work even more intensively’, says the frontman of the ANTYTILA band Taras Topolia.

The next stage of the «Culture VS War» project featuring the Ukrainian band ANTYTILA is to take place in the United States of America as well as in many other countries of the world soon.

Charity event with the ANTYTILA band in London, Cardiff, Birmingham.

As part of the “Culture vs War” project, the ANTYTILA band, together with the Ukrainian community in Great Britain, on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the Association “Watch Ukrainian”, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will hold the first series of events in three cities in the UK.

During the events, we will show the movie “Culture vs War” followed by an open conversation with the ANTYTILA band in a Q&A format. They will cover topics like the heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people against Russian occupiers, charitable projects, musical activities, and military service of the ANTYTILA band, as well as other topics interesting for the guests.

On the agenda additionally:

• an auction with unique lots;
• an acoustic performance by the ANTYTILA band with songs having become part of the Ukrainians’ lives all around the world.

Everyone attending the charity event will have an opportunity to ask questions personally addressed to the band members, purchase lots at the auction, including flags signed by Valerii Zaluzhnyi and Kyrylo Budanov as well as trophies and personal items of the musicians having gone through combat actions in Kyiv and Kharkiv regions, where Taras Topolia, Serhii Vusyk, and Dmytro Zholud took part as volunteer soldiers of the 130th Battalion of Territorial Defense; you’ll also be able to sing along famous songs like TDME, Seize the Moment, You to Believe, Fortress Bakhmut, and others.

The project “Culture vs War” was initiated by the Association “Watch Ukrainian!” in April 2022 to record and convey the truth about the war of Russia against Ukraine via stories of struggle of well-known artists. In the war against Russia, Ukraine and Ukrainians keep transforming into the nation of victors and into the State of Heroes through tireless resistance and incredible national heroism. Overcoming war challenges with dignity Ukrainians are moving to a new level of self-awareness, self-identification, sovereignty, and international subjectivity. The ANTYTILA Band Have Handed Over Five Thousand Tactical Medikits for Special Units of the Security Service of Ukraine

ANTYTILA have handed over five thousand tactical medikits made up according to NATO standard to the soldiers of the Security Service of Ukraine of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The funds on them were raised in the course of round-the-world tour of the ANTYTILA band including a range of European countries, Canada, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Those were tens of gigs during which the funds for purchasing the necessary materials were accumulated.

The medikits having been purchased weren’t simple ready-to-use ones, but the best means for saving lives of our defenders. Together with the Foundation United Help Ukraine, every set was made up by hand. The medikit set was made up based on frontline experience of Ukrainian paramedics.

 The Security Service of Ukraine express their deepest gratitude to the members of ANTYTILA band and all Ukrainians assisting the Ukrainian Forces of Security and Defense.
